EXCHANGE, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us: contact@ethicaloutbackwool.com.au as soon as possible to advise what outcome you require.

Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Ethical Outback Wool. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind and we also have a no returns policy.
